Are your products brand new and genuine?
Yes. Products are brand new and genuine unless the listing says Renewed, which is shown clearly on the product page.
Why are your prices lower than elsewhere?
Prices vary by model, condition and configuration. Check the current selling price and any comparison price on each product page before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 for orders of £80 or less and is free for orders over £80. Estimated arrival: 3–5 working days. Delivery information

Do prices include VAT? Can I get a VAT invoice?
All prices include VAT. Your order confirmation shows the VAT included; contact us if you need a separate VAT invoice.
Can I return an item?
