Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. These delivery terms apply to all products in our current catalogue, including products dispatched from an overseas warehouse.

Delivery options and prices

• Standard delivery: £3.99 for orders of £80 or less; free for orders over £80. Estimated arrival: 3–5 working days.

The free standard-delivery threshold applies to the order value and covers our current catalogue, including overseas-stock items. These estimates include order handling and transit. Available services and estimated dates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order cutoff and dispatch

Our order cutoff is 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Handling takes 0–1 working day. Orders received after the cutoff, at weekends or on UK public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Standard transit takes 3–4 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than a guaranteed next-day service.

Tracking and multiple parcels

When your order is dispatched, we email you its tracking details. If items are sent separately, we provide tracking for each parcel. Please retain your order confirmation and dispatch email.

Delivery addresses

You can enter a delivery address different from your billing address at checkout. Check it carefully before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed. Some deliveries may require a signature. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delays or problems

If your estimated delivery date has passed, or you have not received dispatch confirmation after the handling period, contact Info@backdeal.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and update you. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item and any applicable delivery charge.
